The Culinary Arts program is part of our Career an Technical Education course load.  Students will learn a variety of skills in the Food Services and Hospitality sector.  The program gives students daily hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen.  Students learn skills in cooking, sanitation, meal/menu planning, and nutrition.
