Employee Annual Notifications

Scott Valley Unified School District provides employees with the following annual notifications and requires signed acknowledgment that such notifications were received.

Step 1: Click on link and read Annual Notification Packet documents

Step 2: Print the Acknowledgment of Receipt print your name, sign, date, and send to the District Office to acknowledge receipt of the above notifications.  This document will be placed in your personnel file.
